Overview: Select on gas from the list below (everybody must pick one and they must be different) to do a Glogster ( EDU Glogster) (see Mr. Bis for teacher code) poster report or Powerpoint--minimum 2 slides--more the better. If you select from the elemental gases list, then you will want to go to http://www.chemicalelements.com for the basic historical background infor and then Gale Virtual Reference Library for background and current news or research regarding your gas. http://go.galegroup.com/ps/start.do?p=GVRL&u=nysl_se_wvhs
You will have information that will summarize your gases basic info, history behind its discovery and use, current research and/or uses. Also, provide me with a bibliography that documents your sources, be they website addresses, magazines, etc. Presentations will start the 2nd day and will go NO LATER than the 3rd day in the library--so work effeciently!! Presentations should be about 4-6 minutes in length. Good Luck!!
